Like most subscription boxes, we cannot accept returns or give refunds. However, YOU, the customer, are our first PRIORITY and we will always do everything we possibly can to make your Explorative Arts Box experience 100% positive.
Explorative Arts Box has a no exchange or return policy. All of our subscription packages and instant boxes are final sale. However, if a defective or incorrect product is sent to you, please contact us immediately before altering or using any of the products; and include photos of all defective or incorrect materials. Once materials are altered or combined, it is much more difficult to return/refund since any as-shipped defect will be harder to detect.
If you encounter a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps for positive resolution:
- Do not alter or use any of the products in the box.
- Take pictures of the box as a whole and pictures of the defective or incorrect items specifically.
- Contact us, explaining the situation and including all pictures.
- Wait for us to respond with your resolution.
We rarely have errors or issues with our boxes or products, but if we do, we will work hard to resolve them. Depending on the situation, at our sole discretion, we may ask that you ship the box or specific item(s) back to us (we will cover the shipping cost) so we can issue a replacement/refund or we may ask that you keep the defective items and we will ship you an additional, non-defective replacement.
Please contact us for resolution before taking any steps since the solution will be different depending on the situation and we cannot guarantee the best solution if the above outlined steps in our Return Policy are not followed by the customer.
